For walk-in and on-site businesses, we also give you a branded QR code that links straight to your review page, ready to place on kiosks, menu boards, receipts, door stickers, or business cards so any customer can leave a review on the spot in seconds. Customer contact information can be entered manually, imported through a CRM, or connected through integrations like HubSpot, Stripe, Zapier, Make.com, CSV upload, email BCC, API, and more.
2. We follow up by SMS and email
Up to 3 polite follow up messages go out automatically on a custom schedule tailored to your business if a customer does not respond to the first request. Every message includes a direct one click link to your review page so the customer can leave a review in under a minute. The messages are friendly and conversational so they feel helpful rather than aggressive.
3. We intercept negative feedback
When a customer indicates they had a poor experience by selecting 3 stars or less, they are directed to a private feedback form instead of a public review platform.
